1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Summit Outdoors, LLC, 6714 Inverness Way, Fort Wayne, IN 46814 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliated brands, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
Entries open January 10, 2026 and close at 11:59 PM ET on March 23, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter during the Promotion Period in either of the following ways:
(a) In-Person Entry: Complete an entry form at participating in-person events where Sponsor is present.
(b) Online Entry: Visit www.summitoutdoors.com/2026sweepstakes and complete the online entry form.
Enter as often as you like; however, each entry must be submitted separately. Automated entries are prohibited.
By entering, you consent to receive marketing communications from Summit Outdoors, LLC via email and text message. You may opt out of communications at any time.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following:
· Shadow Hunter 5x6 blind, P/N MM56OS1
· Up to $200 toward shipping and delivery costs
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): varies by product pricing and shipping location.
No prize substitutions, transfers, or cash redemptions permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any component becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and any costs not expressly listed above.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about March 26, 2026, from all eligible entries received.
Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via phone and email using the information provided at entry.
If the winner:
· does not respond within 10 days,
· cannot be contacted,
· is deemed ineligible, or
· fails to complete requested verification,
the winner forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. Publicity & Privacy
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, city/state, likeness, and entry information for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Information collected will be used for administering this Promotion and for Sponsor marketing communications via email and text.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or errors of any kind.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any liability arising from participation or receipt/use of the prize.
10. Winner List
For the name of the winner, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
