We want you to be completely satisfied with Summit Outdoors products as well as your shopping experience with us. Nonetheless, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. If you need to make a return, we accept returns of purchases from shadowhunterblinds.com within 30 days after purchase

IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT FROM A DEALER, PLEASE CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY TO INQUIRE ABOUT THEIR RETURN POLICY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF PURCHASES MADE FROM OTHER SOURCES.


All product returns must have a return authorization (RA) number issued by Summit Outdoors. To receive an RA number, please call us at 888-446-4868, or fill out the return form on this page. Any return without an RA number will be refused. The product should be shipped within 10 business days of the RA number being issued. The RA number should be written on the outside of the shipping box under the Summit Outdoors address of 3404 Conestoga Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46808. Included with the return should be a written letter clearly explaining the problem along with all of your contact information in case we need additional information to process the return. Items must be shipped in a UPS / FedEx approved shipping carton (please do not ship in display box). The return freight is prepaid by the customer and is not reimbursable. We highly recommend insuring the package for the full retail value to protect yourself should the shipment be lost in transit. Products returned with missing parts or not in "like new" condition will not receive full credit. Summit Outdoors reserves the right to repair, credit, or issue a replacement for return.
