E-Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
1. Redemption E-Gift Certificates (“Certificates”) may be redeemed only for eligible goods and services at www.shadowhunterblinds.com. Certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit, except as required by law, and may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
2. Delivery and Risk of Loss Certificates are delivered electronically to the recipient email address provided at checkout. Summit Outdoors is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or undeliverable email addresses supplied by the purchaser. Title and risk of loss for Certificates pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission.
3. Expiration and Fees Certificates do not expire and are not subject to any service fees.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use Treat Certificates like cash. Lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of Certificates will not be replaced or refunded, except as required by law.
5. Balance and Partial Redemption Certificate balances may be applied toward eligible purchases until the balance is fully used. Any remaining balance will remain available for future purchases. Balances can be checked by contacting info@summitoutdoors.com or via www.shadowhunterblinds.com.
6. Returns If you return merchandise purchased with a Certificate, the applicable refund will be issued back to a Certificate.
7. Limitations Certificates may not be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except as permitted by law. Certificates are not reloadable.
8. Fraud Summit Outdoors reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Certificates and orders if we suspect fraud, mistake, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
